Charm City Video Productions PSA

I remember watching PSA's on Public Access television when I was younger. They always struck me as a little corny, so when my dad asked me to create one for his job a few years back, I was a little weary. My father has worked for the government as a firearms instructor for over 25 years. Growing up, he taught my sister and I the importance of gun safety, especially in the home.

He came to me with a premise, which was to stress the importance of keeping firearms locked up when there are children around. Aside from that he gave me a lot of creative freedom, which I appreciated. Posted below is the final video.

Retouch

I hope everyone had a good weekend! My wife and I had my parents over for a cookout on Sunday. My Mom brought over a picture of her Grandparents that had been sitting framed on a dresser for a few years. The sun did a number on the picture and cracked the photo paper, which bled a red color through the most important part of the picture…their faces! It looked like someone took a red pen and drew all over their pictures (not to mention all the other dust spot and scuff marks).

I wanted to help out because I know how much these old pictures mean to my Mom. I scanned the picture into my computer, and retouched the image as best I could. It took some time, but I think the final product looks A LOT better than the original. Below I have attached a before and after look at the picture of my Great Grandparents. I am glad I could help.
